How to get your CPP Statement of Contributions
Step 1- Call Service Canada 1-800-277-9914 if you currently do not have a MSCA
Step 2 – Ensure you have on hand your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and be prepared to answer some personal or tax questions.
Step 3- Inquire to open a MSCA and register for a GC Key and the Customer Service Representative will confirm your address to mail out a Personal Access Code (PAC). This code should arrive in the mail between five to ten business days.
Step 4- Once you receive your PAC follow the instructions. Go to My Service Canada website www.servicecanada.gc.ca/msca.
Step 5 – if you already have a MSCA for CRA or HST you can use the same GCKey for all accounts. Just go to sign in page and on the right of the page there is a box to Simple Secure Access and follow steps and answer your security questions you have previously set up with your other accounts.
